    • I received a phone from a receptionist this morning to make sure I was able to make my appointment which was in the last afternoon. They are aware that I have motobility problems as well as other health issues. The receptionists are always friendly, helpful and highly professional. They have excellent people skills along with good interpersonal skills. To work on the front lines in the Public Sector you need those skills, unfortunately today they seem lacking particularly with the receptionists working in Drs Surgeries. I wish the receptionists at Almond House Dental Practice also worked at my surgery. It is always a delight to walk through the doors and see the friendly smiling faces of the staff knowing they will do everything in their power to make your visit as pleasant as possible. That also goes for the Dental Nurses.
