Missed appointment

When you miss an appointment the course of treatment will remain open for 4 weeks from the date of your appointment. If you fail to make another appointment within this time to complete your treatment, the treatment plan may be closed. A new course of treatment may be opened on your next visit and this may result in you being charged accordingly.

We need to remind you that if you fail to attend more than one appointment, we may not be able to offer you another further appointment.
